What kind of services and facilities do you offer?
We are an all Suites 4-star superior apartment hotel and more, part of the Frasers Hospitality Group: we offer a range of apartments, including all hotel services and amenities for both short or long-term stays.
We have several apartment categories to suit every guest’s needs from Studios, through 1- or 2-Bedroom Apartments to our fantastic top floor 3-Bedroom Penthouses.
All our apartments are air-conditioned and soundproofed, with free WiFi. They have a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area and most of them a balcony with table and chairs. Room facilities include flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, iPod/iPhone docking station, alarm radio clock, telephone with voicemail, laptop safe, microwave, oven/stove, fridge with freezer and electric kettle with tea and coffee making facility. Most of our rooms have dishwasher and washing machine as well.
Among our hotel services you can find 24-hour reception, concierge, luggage/storage room, garage, breakfast room with garden terrace, laundry service, baby sitting and restaurant order-in.
What is the ranking of the hotel?
Our hotel is officially classified as a 4-star hotel by the Ministry for National Economy and the Hotel & Restaurant Association of Hungary based on the criteria establishd by the Hotelstars Union (the common European hotel classification system).
How do I get to the hotel?
We are located in the new Corvin-negyed area which is the fastest developing district in Budapest. It is very easy to reach our hotel as we are located close (only 5 minutes walking) to the stations of Metro line M3 (either Corvin-negyed or Klinikák; Hotel is located between the two stations). This is the metro line used to arrive from the airport. The Grand Boulevard is also 5 minutes on foot where trams nr.4 & 6 are running 24 hours.
How to reach the hotel from the airport?
It takes only 15-20 minutes by taxi to get to Fraser Residence Budapest from Liszt Ferenc International Airport (BUD). You can get discounted rate from our contracted taxi company which offers the same rate every time. The driver would be waiting for you at the airport and take you directly to the hotel where we welcome you.
With public transportation it takes 20-25 minutes and the tickets can be purchased at the airport information desk. First you should take a bus (bus number 200E) and get off at the final stop where you will find the metro station (Kőbánya-Kispest). Here you have to take the metro until Klinikák station. The hotel is located 5 minutes’ walk from the station (towards the Corvin-negyed area).
Do you provide an internet access?
We offer free wireless internet access throughout the building. Free WiFi or Wlan connection is available in all our apartments.
Where can we eat?
In your apartment you will have a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes whenever you want.
There are several supermarkets close to the hotel.
Our hotel offers only breakfast. Our Breakfast room is open for buffet breakfast every day. Our rich quality breakfast includes a selection of teas, fresh coffee, fruit juices (with 100% fruit content), milk, cereals, fresh bakery (including breads and croissants), cold cuts, selection of hams and salamis, cheese, butter, jam, yogurt, fresh fruits and fruit salad.
In the neighbouring Corvin Promenade you can easily find good restaurants with Hungarian and international cuisine, cafés, chocolate and wine bars, everything you need for a nice dinner or lunch.
How to make the best experience of Budapest?
Our knowledgeable reception team would be happy to recommend you the places what you should not miss during your stay in the capital city of Hungary. At the reception you can find brochures and up-to-date event magazines.
When is the check-in time?
You can check-in from 3.00 pm. If you request an early arrival, please advise the reception team who will be happy to organize this, subject to availability.

Our check-out time is 11:00 am.
At What time is the Breakfast served?
Breakfast is served every day. Monday to Fridays from 7.00 to 10.00 am. Saturday and Sunday from 7.00 to 11:00 am.
Do you have a laundry room?
No but we have an available laundry service everyday where different charges may apply. For more information please ask our receptionists.
Do you have a fitness centre?
We do not have in-house wellness facilities but offer special, discounted Fraser rates to our guests in a fitness-wellness centre with swimming pool and saunas located only 150 meters away.
Where can I go for shopping?
The Corvin Shopping Mall is located only 2 minutes walk from the hotel where you can find well-known, popular brands’ stores.
Which type of beds do you have?
We have both twin and double rooms. Double beds are king size. Extra beds are also available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on the offer which you have selected. In each case it is explained on our website http://budapest.frasershospitality.com. If you require any further information, do not hesitate to contact us.
Where can I find the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?
Erste Bank has an office and ATM in the neighbouring street (Futó utca/street 47-53). ATM can also be found in Corvin Plaza Shopping Mall, located 200 metres away.
Do you provide newspapers?
We provide free newspapers in our lobby. Available in English and German languages.
Is there a supplement for children?
Depending on the category selected, our apartments can accommodate from 1 to 5 guests. Baby cots are available on loan free of charge. One child up to 12 years old may stay with parents on extra bed free of charge.
Do you have rooms for persons in wheelchairs?
Unfortunately we do not have special rooms for handicapped people but the hotel is accessible by wheelchair (barrier-free).
