    When abroad it can be difficult to find serviced apartments while also securing a location for a business conference or social event.  This can be down to lack of local knowledge, locations that don’t fit the size of your party or extortionate prices for the resources needed. At Fraser Residence Budapest we have everything taken care of with our conference and meeting rooms.

    We have two meeting rooms available in the two Penthouse suites.  Our conference room has different seating capacities based on the following set ups:

    • Boardroom (14 pax)
    • Classroom (12 pax)
    • U-Shape (14 pax)
    • Theatre style (20 pax)
    • Cocktail (20-25 pax)

    Our large private rooftop terrace (available for coffee breaks as well) can be an added feature to your cocktail or social event. The business equipment available includes our LCD projector and screen* and 32” LCD TV.

    Complimentary printing services make it easy for guests to be given any printables during the presentation.  The blackout curtains will further facilitate a professional atmosphere during the event.

    Wireless internet access means that you and your party can access any information via a laptop or smartphone with ease.  Air conditioning with climate control will create a relaxing situation to make the event run smoothly without any guests feeling stuffy in their seats.

    Flip charts and markets are on hand for any note taking. We have catering services* too, to give that special touch to any occasion.
